The Knights have another busy weekend coming up with IHSAA postseason in full swing for most winter sports.

Thursday, February 14, 2019 and Saturday, February 16, 2019
Boys Swimming and Diving Sectional Championships
Location: Castle High School Natatorium
Times: 5:30pm – Prelims (Thursday), 9am – diving prelims (Saturday), 1pm – Finals (Saturday)
Admission: $6 per session or $10 for both days.

Friday, February 15, 2019 and Saturday, February 16, 2019
Wrestling State Championships
Location: Banker’s Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis
Times: 6pm EST (Friday), 9:30am EST – Semifinals (Saturday), 5pm EST – Consolations, 7:30pm EST – Finals
Admission: $8 per session or $20 for both days.
Television: Saturday’s state championship bouts in each weight class will air live on Fox Sports Indiana. Hosted by Mark Jaynes (play-by-play), Mike Goebel (analyst), Blake Maurer (analyst) and Greg Rakestraw (mat interviews).
Webstream: Friday’s first round and Saturday’s quarterfinals, semifinals and consolation matches may be viewed via live stream for a subscription fee at For Saturday night’s championship round, viewers outside of the Fox Sports Indiana coverage area, a live stream will be available at For those within the FSI coverage area, the stream will be available only on delayed basis following the conclusion of the telecast.

Girls Basketball Semistate
Location: Jeffersonville High School
Times: Castle vs. Lawrence North – 3pm EST/2pm CST  (Mater Dei plays Winchester at 1pm EST/12pm CST so come early and support our fellow SIAC school.)
Admission: $10

IHSAA Tourney Restrictions:

A. No publications, brochures, fliers, etc. of any kind, whether for sale or free‐of‐charge, are to be distributed at IHSAA tournament events without prior approval from the IHSAA.

B. Balloons, banners and posters, shakers on sticks, etc., are not permitted.

C. Cowbells and other such noise devices, etc., are not permitted.

D. No live animals are permitted.

E. Line‐up lanes of fans shall not be permitted on the floor at any time.

F. Solicitations – donations, contributions and aggressive vending of school spirit items are not permitted.
