Knights News · Spring Sport Spotlight – Rudi Lyles

We are taking this opportunity to spotlight our CHS spring sport seniors!  Since their seasons have been cut short, we wanted to to share their stories with our community and lift them up in these most trying times.  It may be “just sports,” but behind all of that are some outstanding young people who simply wish they could wear the blue and gold alongside their teammates one more time!

Rudi Lyles
Rudi has been a member of the Girls Lacrosse team all 4 years of high school and has been playing since 8th grade in the program.  She was also a member of the girls soccer program for two seasons.
Next year, she will attend Lincoln Memorial University where she will be majoring in Exercise Science and also continuing to play lacrosse.
Favorite subject: PE
Favorite teacher: Coach Rob (Mr. Robison)
Favorite High School memory: Beating North to win sectionals and advance to regionals my sophomore year. I also enjoyed becoming a senior captain this year and watching my team grow and work together. I will miss all the memories Castle has given me and I’m thankful for all the people I’ve met.
