Volleyball:  Mon-Thursday 5pm-7pm (enter at South doors)
Girls Soccer:  Conditioning  – Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30pm and Friday (yoga) 4-5pm.  Activity Days – Monday/Wednesday 5:30-7:30pm
Boys Soccer:  Conditioning – Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7-8am.  Activity Days – Tuesday/Thursday 8-9:30am.
Football: Conditioning – Monday/Wednesday/Friday (Offense 7-9am, Defense 8-10am, Freshmen 9-11am).  Activity Days – Tuesday/Thursday 7am-10am for all players.
Cross County:  Monday-Tuesday 7-8am at Lock and Dam.  Wednesday-Friday 7-8am at CHS.  If raining at 7am, daily practice will be 4-5pm.
Boys Tennis:  Wednesday/Friday 9am-12pm combined activity and conditioning.
Girls Golf:  Monday 3:30-5:30pm at RHCC.  Wednesday 9-12 and Friday 3:30-5:30 at Tee Time.
Girls Basketball:  NO WORKOUTS until Fall Limited Contact period. 
Boys Basketball: NO WORKOUTS until Fall Limited Contact period.

Wrestling:  NO WORKOUTS until Fall Limited Contact period.

Baseball:  Activity Days – Monday (Frosh/Soph 4:30-6pm,  Jr/Sr 6:30-8:00pm) and Wednesday (Jr/Sr 2-3:30pm, Frosh/Soph 4-5:30pm)
