Physical Opportunity #2 The Castle Football Parents Club will host their annual "Physical Night" on Wednesday, May 7 from 5pm-7pm at Castle High School. No signups/appointments are required. You can enter the main doors of the high school and register for the physical there. The cost is $25 cash or check made payable to CFPC. These physicals will be good for the 2025-2026 school year. Bring the completed Preparticipation Physical History Form with you to expedite the process. Once they physical is completed, you will upload the Physical Examination (page 3) to Final Forms to be approved for next school year.
