Registration will open on April 1, 2026 for the 2026-2027 school year. All athletes MUST have an up to date physical on file prior to ANY participation (this includes summer workouts) for the 2026-2027 sports seasons. Physicals must be completed on or after April 1, 2026 to be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. All athletes will register through Final Forms (direct link available on the main athletics website). Physicals will be uploaded through this account and approved by a CHS administrator. The only page that needs to be uploaded is the Physical Examination page including the Dr. signature and date of the exam. NO PAPER PHYSICALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. All student and parent electronic signatures must be complete prior to any participation. Once you register for a sport, additional signature pages will be required that are specific to athletics only.
