Sports Physical Day @ Tri State Orthopaedics

Tri-State Orthopaedics will host their annual Sports Physical Day on Saturday, April 27 from 8am-1pm. The cost is $10 and all money will be donated back to the school of each athlete. These physicals will be valid for the 2024-2025 school year. Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open on Final Forms. Physicals must be uploaded to Final Forms to complete athletic registration.
